1. Learn from Experts: Our programs are presented by experts in the field of textile design, fiber art, and weaving. You’ll have access to workshops, classes, and events both in-person and via Zoom, all taught by experienced and inspiring instructors. 7. MAFA Membership: Our Guild maintains membership in the MidAtlantic Fiber Association (MAFA), an organization of 60 guilds from New York to North Carolina. Our Guild membership in MAFA entitles each of our members to receive the MAFA newsletter and to attend MAFA’s biennial conferences.
8. Handweavers Guild of America: Our Guild maintains membership in the Handweavers Guild of America. Membership includes a subscription to Shuttle Spindle & Dyepot Magazine (that goes in our extensive library). You will also be forwarded email correspondences about their upcoming activities.
